S H I P P I N G P O L I C Y

We always endeavour to make the experience of purchasing and ordering online to be easy and satisfactory. Each of our customer's needs is important to us. If there are any particular shipping requirement for your order, we invite you to contact us and let us know; we are more than willing to assist.

Australian Domestic Orders

Online

We aim to ship standard registered post orders that are in stock within 2-3 business days after an order is placed.

You can contact us directly to organise Express Shipping, subject to approval and opening hours. 

Our primary domestic shipping courier is Australia Post, however there may be certain circumstances that we choose to use other more appropriate shipping couriers. You will be notified by email when your order has been shipped. All our orders are registered and can be tracked accordingly.

Once an order has been shipped, the delivery date and times are subject to the relevant shipping couriers’ timeframes. It is recommended to view the order tracking details or contact the shipping courier directly.

Local Pickup

We are very happy to organise your order to be picked up in person. You will find a Local Pickup option to select in the checkout. We will notify you as soon as your order is ready for collection.

Ordered Products ‘Out of Stock’

Occasionally some of our product stock levels may be inaccurate at the time of a customer’s order. In a circumstance when we do not have any of the actual purchased product in stock, we will promptly contact the customer and offer the following:

  • A like for like replacement of a similar product of the same or greater value.

  • Advise the next delivery and update the order to ‘Pre-Order’, If the customer is willing to wait.

  • Store Credit

  • Full Refund (including shipping costs)

R E T U R N S P O L I C Y

We do offer exchange or store credit for change of mind. Items are to be returned within 7 days of purchase at buyers expense. Items must be returned as received with labels/stickers intact and in brand new, unused and unworn condition.

Beach Road orders are shipped and packed safely and securely, we do however offer exchange and/or store credit if an item received is faulty or damaged.

If an item does arrive faulty or damaged, please photograph and contact us immediately via email liz@beachroadproperty.com.au.
